1. General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to your booking with our establishment. For special inquiries such as conferences, events, or group bookings, we recommend contacting us directly via email or phone.

2. Booking

Each hotel booking through this form is made directly with our hotel, without any intermediary.

3. Accommodation Contract and Payment

a) The accommodation contract is concluded directly between you and our hotel at the time of reservation. You pay the confirmed room price directly at the hotel. All claims and obligations arising from the accommodation contract exist solely and directly between the guest and our hotel.

b) The room reservation is confirmed through the reservation confirmation, which is sent to the guest via email. However, due to technical uncertainties, the reservation system cannot verify the receipt of the confirmation when sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

c) Payment is made on-site (cash, credit card, Postcard, or Maestro) before your departure. If you fail to arrive and do not cancel in time, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the accommodation costs. In the event of non-payment for services used or the no-show invoice, we will hand over all claims to our lawyer, who will take further legal action.

4. Type of Reservation

The guaranteed reservation is maintained by the hotel throughout the night. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel may charge the accommodation costs.

5. Changes and Cancellations

a) Changes to bookings: To avoid misunderstandings, all changes must be made by phone or email. The timeliness of the change is determined by the receipt of the notification at our hotel. It is essential to communicate any change (number of people, etc.) before arrival.

b) Cancellation of bookings: The cancellation of a reservation is only legally valid if it is made in writing, via email or letter, and includes a valid signature from the guest. The cancellation is only valid if it is acknowledged by the hotel.

In case of cancellation or changes, the hotel may charge your credit card with a fee.

6. Contractually Agreed Room Rates

Normally, the prices include service charges and the statutory VAT. The amount of additional taxes is subject to constant changes and can therefore only be provided as a non-binding estimate.

7. Data Protection

The data entered by the customer is electronically processed by the reservation system. This data is only passed on to the extent necessary for booking purposes. No data will be shared for any other purposes. Furthermore, legal data protection regulations are observed when collecting data.

8. Miscellaneous

All information has been compiled with the utmost care. However, no liability can be assumed for any errors in data collection or transmission. The transfer of data to other data carriers, even in excerpts, or use for purposes other than those provided for here, is only permitted with the express approval of the hotel. The law of the hotel’s domicile applies. The place of performance is also the hotel’s domicile.

The room category is always calculated based on the number of paying guests.

General Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are accepted without any charges.
Cancellations 13 – 00 days before arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total price.
